1.Kho kho :

Kho Kho is a popular traditional game played in Rajasthan villages. This game involves two teams, with each team consisting of 12 players. The game is played on a rectangular field where one team becomes the chasers, and the other team has to avoid being tagged.

The chasers aim to tag the opponents by running and touching them, while the defenders try to avoid being tagged.In Rajasthan villages, Kho Kho is not just a game but a cultural tradition that brings the community together. It is often played during festivals, fairs, and special occasions, fostering unity and camaraderie .

2. Kabaddi :

Kabaddi is a super fun game played in Rajasthan villages. It's a game where one player, called the "raider," runs into the other team's side to tag as many players as possible without getting caught. The tagged players try to stop the raider by holding onto them. The raider has to keep chanting "kabaddi, kabaddi" without taking a breath to prove they're not stopping. 

It's a game that needs quick thinking, strength, and teamwork. In Rajasthan villages, kabaddi is not just a game; it's a way for the community to come together, have fun, and show off their skills. It's a game that's all about energy, excitement, and unity among the villagers.

3.Gilli Danda :

It's a game where you hit a small wooden stick (gilli) with a bigger stick (danda). The aim is to hit the gilli as far as possible with the danda. Players take turns to hit the gilli and score points based on how far they hit it. It's a game that requires skill, precision, and a good eye for distance. In Rajasthan villages, Gilli Danda is a popular game that brings people together, creates a fun atmosphere, and showcases the players' talent and coordination.  

4. Satoliya: Satoliya, also known as Lagori or Seven Stones, is a traditional game played in Rajasthan villages.

Setup: You need seven flat stones stacked on top of each other.

A soft ball, like a tennis ball, is used.

Teams: Two teams with an equal number of players.

Objective: One team (attackers) tries to knock down the stack of stones with the ball.

The other team (defenders) tries to stop them.

Gameplay:The attackers throw the ball to knock over the stones. Once the stones are knocked over, the attackers try to rebuild the stack. The defenders try to hit the attackers with the ball below the knees to get them out.

Winning: the attackers win if they rebuild the stack before all players are out.

The defenders win if they get all attackers out before the stack is rebuilt.

5.Rassa Kashi :

In Rajasthan villages, Rassa Kashi is a traditional game where players compete in a tug of war using a thick rope. The aim is to pull the opposing team across a designated line to win. It's a test of strength, teamwork, and strategy. Rassa Kashi is a popular game that fosters camaraderie and excitement among the villagers, promoting unity and physical activity in a fun and engaging way.
